Awful Treatment I reached out to their sales team numerous times. The first time I received a response asking how many users were in my company. When I told them 23 they stopped replying. I was looking to switch us over from LastPass and it was evident that we weren't a large enough client for them to even get a response. We then contacted a competitor, received a reply within two hours, and had three calls with them to answer our questions and help us transition over. Beyond disappointed by their treatment.

Great Support and Product I had to contact Bitwarden, and the conversation with the Support was surprisingly fast and helpful. They explained everything carefully to me, answered all of my questions and where able to help me with my issue in less than one hour. The costumer support is friendly and transparent. The Password Manager itself, the product of Bitwarden is User-friendly, well designed and the things you get for the price is more than fair in my honest opinion.

Just works, couldn't ask for more. I've been using Bitwarden for roughly 2 Years and a few months now and it has been exactly like I expected. It works, it does its job and the yearly subscription is affordable ($10.00). It's been a way better experience than LastPass, who was my previous password manager. I recommend it for anyone who wants to start with a new password manager that is reliable and just works.

More than worth it I have wanted to try a password manager for many years now and finally decided that I will be using bitwarden. It's easier to use than I expected and worth much more than its price. I can feel 10x times safer now that I can use complex passwords and don't need to remember them all.

This is probably one of the best… This is probably one of the best password managers in the market. Open source, online or offline, your choice, self host or host on their servers, low price for premium. The app has a nice and simple to use UI and security seems acceptable with proper end-to-end encryption. Lot's of features and additional fields, customizable without getting disorganized. Available on most platforms, including phones and a pretty good browser plugin.
