CALove it! Cleaner UI maybe? Love it, what a simple, nifty little thing. I used LastPass and 1Password (latter being the choice forever!). But Bitwarden came as a fresh, indie option and I love everything about it. Non intrusive, and manages to strike the right balance between being helpful when tryting to fill forms and not pretty much blocking my view like some others do.

GBKeep it Simple Seems password managers are not that easy to use. Signed up for free version to test and it will generate a password, but need a college degree to setup the rest of us. And the help system Its a lot like Microsoft's help system, written for those who wrote from the help system in the first place.

GBAwful Treatment I reached out to their sales team numerous times. The first time I received a response asking how many users were in my company. When I told them 23 they stopped replying. I was looking to switch us over from LastPass and it was evident that we weren't a large enough client for them to even get a response. We then contacted a competitor, received a reply within two hours, and had three calls with them to answer our questions and help us transition over. Beyond disappointed by their treatment.

IMFound the software difficult to use and… Found the software difficult to use and ultimately pointless so decided to cancel a paid version. Now, funnily enough, Captcha doesn’t work, my master password comes up as incorrect and it keeps kicking me out making it impossible to cancel and today they take payment. Isn’t it interesting how much more difficult it is to cancel than to start a subscription with these companies!!
