GBI don't know how this company still exist I don't know how this company working. They have 3 employees in the office and every time if I call - people are either "On lunch" or "In the meeting". When requesting call back lady politely collects all the info but then no one calls you back. Ever. That is a worst customer service you can get. James! I'm still waiting for a phone call.

GBBeen using Bestpass for about two years… Been using Bestpass for about two years and it there is nothing bad you can say about him Mr. Customer Service is top-notch they answer their felt quickly when you need something and you never on hold, for that matter you really don’t need to call them anyway. They take care of everything with free pass waystation bypass it’s all simple and easy and cost-effective

GBBestpass makes life easy Bestpass makes life easy with having multiple trucks. Drivers aren't required to carry cash and I get my receipts electronically. Between saving time, fuel, and driver hassle, their services are a no brainer for my fleet.

GBBe very careful with these crooks Be very careful with these crooks, they will charge you for a tolls that you never passed, and then blame someone at your company that it is your fault because someone stole a device and used it on your account! They owe us $7,000 and won't even respond to emails or phone calls!!!

GBBestpass Customer Service is Second to None I work with multiple tolling partners, and in my experience, Bestpass has always had the best service. They take the time to understand the question and answer it thoughtfully; no generic replies or responses that only half answer the question. After they close each customer service case, they send a survey, and I've never answered anything less than a perfect 10. It would be great if all companies were like this.
