Delayed. Wrong info. Invalid QR code. Didn’t provide the result for the same day order until the next day after I reached out to them. The sex info of us got mixed up (fixed after complaint). My name was miss spelled (didn’t get any updated report for this). QR code on the report doesn’t lead you to your result. Not even a website.

The local PCR test facilities couldn't… The local PCR test facilities couldn't guarantee me the results in time for my flight. I contacted Navus and within an hour I was contacted by phone to confirm some information. By the agreed upon time Christian came to my home and four hours later I have my Covid test results. They did everything they said they would. I recommend Navus highly.
