One Cancellation...THEN an Ordeal One Cancellation...THEN an Ordeal . We had a home test scheduled for Wednesday, December 29th between 8 a.m. & 10 a.m. As 10 a.m. approached, we called them and they'd canceled the appointment without notifying us. Apparently the tester didn't want to travel to Sparta. Our niece had to reschedule her flight (she livea in Vancouver) to Monday, January 3rd. We had another home test scheduled that day between 8 a.m. & 10 a.m. At around 8:15 they called to tell us the yester came down with covid. We had to drive to Paramus NJ, about an hour east of us. We got there by 9:30 a.m. and tge testing was done by 10 a.m. We paid for the expedited test, with the test results promised to be sent out in "4 to 6 hours." We called all afternoon and at around 5:50 p.m. we were finally able to get the results. Yes, it was a tough time of year, with all the added restrictions, but this was a nightmare.

AMAZING! AMAZING!! The person who came was VERY Friendly. She even was able to come earlier because she was around the area. Excellent and high quality company! A little expensive but it’s worth it.

Stress less and quick In order to feel comfortable and stress free, we wanted a provider who could turn it around in 24 hours. During our search we found the Navus Health site which would provide same day and come to your location. That service was just brilliant as was the person who conducted the testing. Everything from the first telephone call until the receipt of the test results was handled professionally, pleasantly and successfully. I highly recommend them.
