This company is a joke This company is a joke. Terrible products with even worse customer service reps. It took 12 business days to deliver and was advertised to arrive in 5 or less It is clear when you talk to them that they've spent a lot of effort into covering their bottoms. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. These are the only people selling this gimmicky trash for a reason.

The steam roller is just a giant freeze pipe with a normal carb🫥. Customer service had no answers, offered me a discount code future purchases.

Fast service Fast service. Great packaging. Pipe breathes fantastically. Doesn't stay frozen long enough, although it's still very cold for a bit. Even so, I love the pipe. Use it everyday. When it's cold, the hits are great, with no coughs.

I thought I loved this company but time told the real story Cheap build quality along with very unique and not universal pieces. If one thing breaks you have to buy their $80 attachment to resume normal schedule. The bowl attachment I got to replace my bubbler is useless. Air leaks and very harsh hit. After roughly $250 and only 1.5 months of use I’ve given up on this company… over priced along with cheap quality while making you buy from them only.

But finally received my product and I love it. Only problem I have with it is that the freeze duration isn’t as long as boasted. Over all great pipe.
