But they responded and sent the correct piece eventually. Regardless the pieces themselves are top tier and you won't get better quality elsewhere

Nothing on freezepipe but shipping to… Nothing on freezepipe but shipping to Canada was horrible. About a month after deliver Fedex sends me $115 bill for shipping i'm assuming due to customs don't know i'm not paying they can come back and pick up the bong and send it back to you guys before I pay that outrageous b/s. I would not have even considered ordering if I knew it was going to be that bad. However I'm enjoying the bong its nice and cool.

Awesome Pipe! Excellent products, fast deliveries, and great personal follow-up. What’s not to love? The pipe works so well for me as I have asthma and usually cough my brains out and don’t enjoy the smoke as much, but this takes away the harshness. So much more enjoyable! Thanks!
