Their product availability and pricing is better than other companies. What I wanted was in stock, shipped quickly, and arrived in perfect condition. The packaging of the panels and attachment to the shipping pallet was very well done. We're extremely happy with our purchase and our sauna gets used almost everyday.

They helped with the purchase process, the delivery to suit our needs and we received everything in great condition and as described. It was easy to assemble and works great. Sun Valley was great to work with and… Sun Valley was great to work with and the Sauna is wonderful. There were some issues with the shipping company and getting updates so that could be improved upon. Sauna eventually arrived in excellent condition and went together in about an hour.

First Class! Sun Valley comes across as a family operation but at the same time with the efficiency of a giant company--the good kind. We were amazed at the relative speed with which we got our sauna, and the deal was very good. Everything about the sauna itself was top notch too, including, e.g. extra screws just in case there was a miscount. I always appreciate that touch--have you ever come up one short?? Packaging was perfectly protective. First Class!
