Sun Valley was great to work with and… Sun Valley was great to work with and the Sauna is wonderful. There were some issues with the shipping company and getting updates so that could be improved upon. Sauna eventually arrived in excellent condition and went together in about an hour.

We received our Sauna yesterday Love it!! We received our Sauna yesterday. Was easy to assemble and works great! Our only hiccup was delivery, but Wes did great in communicating with us and once received, everything was fine. So trust the process of delivery even with the hiccups. Thank you, Wes!

Left couple VM and didn’t hear back… Left couple VM and didn’t hear back from anyone . Had to email again asking for assistance. Technician finally contacted me to as to what to do next. New part came with more screws ,,, wasn’t screws I needed, needed electrical caps for wires which were not in the box as promised. Had to go buy the proper caps which was difficult to find.

Excellent sauna Excellent sauna, took 12 days to get from California to cheyenne wyoming.Now that I have the sauna and using it I wish I would of got one earlier I saw saunas on the price is right and saw the price of saunas and started investigating the benefits and price of the sauna that now have one in my home!

Great beginning to end service! I was unsure of the sauna and heater I wanted for an outdoor, stand alone spa. Wes was awesome and patient in walking me through my selection and helped me with the right equipment and price point for my purchase. SVS was also there during the build out to provide guidance and information to make sure it turned iut right. Very Happy!
