She is extremely knowledgeable regarding red light/infrared technology as well as a thorough understanding of the Sunlighten saunas. With that said, she did not push us to make a sale. Instead she was conscientious and allowed us to take our time while peppering her with questions.

The options for heat programs are very… The options for heat programs are very specific. It does get up to temperature like it should. The door is hard to close quietly and we ended up swapping out one of the colored lights to put a regular light in for reading. With those things changed it would have received an A+ but in this situation, just an A. I would definitely buy from the same company again.

The service is to notch The service is to notch! Putting it together was not too difficult. I did a 2 person impulse on my own except for the roof which I needed help with from a couple of big men. And the sauna experience itself has been very wonderful. It’s beautiful and comfortable. The lighting is nice and the tablet allows me to listen to music, listen to audiobooks, or read an online book. I highly recommend it!

Great Experience! I spoke with Jeremiah on 2 different days as well as texting. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. I also appreciate that I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He let me have time to think about it and talk with my husband. Best Purchase for Self Care I had been paying a monthly membership fee at a business near my house to use their Amplify Infrared sauna for almost 2 years. I finally purchased the smaller Signature sauna for my home. It was assembled yesterday and I used it for the first time last night and it was fantastic! So much more relaxing to experience in your own home. My sales person, Jeremy was great during the sales process. He patiently answered all of my questions and is very friendly and professional. I’m very happy with my purchase and it probably would never have happened if I hadn’t met Jeremy.
