Excellent sauna and staff I was looking for a medical grade sauna and was greatly pleased when I found Sunlighten. Combining all of the light spectrum was perfect for what I wanted. Cecille was great as a contact consultant. She was patient, knowledgeable, and she answered all of my many questions! She represents her company well!

We purchased our Sunlighten M pulse Spa… We purchased our Sunlighten M pulse Spa in November. It then took us until January before it was delivered. It only worked three months and two weeks ago BROKE. We were told it was the light panels and that it has been an issue with other customers too. I just received an email saying that they are out of the replacements and that they have NO IDEA when it will be fixed. I am beyond livid. I paid almost $14,000 for this sauna and now it is useless.

Product seems ok; no manual included; customer service unhelpful; sales team harasses you Product - Solo System - received timely, no issues. Outer box was damaged but inside box was fine. Sales Team - harassment level number of calls/texts/voicemails. They just do not stop even after telling them to stop contacting. Customer Service - not helpful. Manuals were not included with the shipped product based on claims that they do everything "digitally." Sounds more like being cheap on printing proper manuals to include with products. That in itself is bizarre given prices of the products. Was told to call a number to get a copy, or "use my phone" when I mentioned I will not be reading a manual on a laptop. I don't think including a manual with the product is an unreasonable request. By the way - every other company with any sort of a product does (even on 20 dollar Amazon items).

Absolutely love my Sunlighten Signature… Absolutely love my Sunlighten Signature 2! Not only is the quality amazing but they are not kidding when they say you will feel the difference between theirs and another infrared. I’ve been using a sauna at a gym for over a year and could tell the difference instantly. Sales were super knowledgeable and great to work with. One minor hiccup with shipping which honestly was on the shipping company but Sunlighten made it right immediately. Would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a sauna.

I just called Sunlighten to get more… I just called Sunlighten to get more information about the infra red sauna and Abu was just amazing. I purchased after 20 minutes talking with him. I have Lyme disease and I was visiting spa salons for Infrared Sauna Detox . I was paying $40 per session and now I have my own Infrared Sauna I am so happy!!! Thank you Abu for the wonderful experience in this amazing adventure! You truly care and inspire people!
