GBI absolutely love my sauna I absolutely love my sauna, but i am not going to lie, it was a pain in the *** to get it up and running. yes the customer service was awesome but shouldn’t have been that difficult to hook it up, they need to work on better directions for start up. Once its up and running properly you will love it!!

GBBest Contact Person for Infrared Saunas I was searching for infrared saunas for the first time and had a lot to learn. I needed 3 units for a new Spa buildout. A trusted friend in the industry said she had the best experience with Kellie Lee. I reached out to Kellie and she was exactly everything I needed! She was informative, kind and really put me at ease. I knew this was a partner I wanted to work with and did not continue to search further with any other sauna company. Josh B was such great help; with figuring out the best option for us, to answering all our questions about care and set-up. He went above and beyond on making sure that our Sauna is set-up properly from beginning to end.

GBWe purchased our Sunlighten M pulse Spa… We purchased our Sunlighten M pulse Spa in November. It then took us until January before it was delivered. It only worked three months and two weeks ago BROKE. We were told it was the light panels and that it has been an issue with other customers too. I just received an email saying that they are out of the replacements and that they have NO IDEA when it will be fixed. I am beyond livid. I paid almost $14,000 for this sauna and now it is useless.

DEMeh…. OK. It does get hot. After 45 minutes. That’s the best I can say about it. The App and user experience is atrocious. I’ve never sat in it and turned it on without having to reset or update something. Error codes pop up 1/3 of the time where I have to unplug it. The other times it does nothing when I hit go. Trying to use the app in my phone is a waste of time unless I’m sitting in it and connected via Bluetooth. The lights in it worked properly once or twice. I gave up on those. Thinking you can connect to this away from the house to preheat it? HA! Waste of time trying. I can connect to my barbecue anywhere. I’m not new to this type of stuff. I’m absolutely shocked how poor the interface is with this. My in laws got one at the same time and they have the same issues. Once I do get it going though I do get a sweat with IR hitting my back and sides. My legs stay a nice cool temp though as the infrared doesn’t hit anything below the waste. Kind of irritating. Oh yeah, putting it together isn’t as easy as you’d think. It doesn’t just go together like it should. Maybe the software will improve but I think they used the cheapest stuff they could find.
