JobNimbus is a Utah-based CRM software company developed in 2013 with the help of leading industry trainers to give contractors a better tool for project management. It all started when three friends with entrepreneurial mindsets, tech backgrounds, and a drive for problem solving found themselves in the orbit of a project aimed at accountability for homeowners who needed roof replacements. Nick, Jason, and Ben all came from different backgrounds – Nick was the programming guru, Jason the chemistry nerd turned tech nerd with a vision for product innovation, and Ben the serial entrepreneur with a knack for building things from the ground up -but they all had a common passion for providing creative solutions to real people’s problems. So we set out to provide the tools that could put contractors back in the driver’s seat. These tools allow us to be the best CRM for small business . With combined backgrounds in business, chemistry, and software development, we knew we were capable of building a product that truly helped people in the world of construction.

Next Level We have grown past the point of pen & paper and using the “old school” methods. Once we started installing more than 6 roofs a week, there was no way. We needed help!! JobNimbus not only allowed us to service our customers better and our current pace, but enabled us to spring board into even more growth. We now install 12-14 roofs a week and I won’t say it’s easy, but there is NO WAY we could be doing the volume that we’re doing without them or their services. I feel like there are way more steps to… I feel like there are way more steps to go thru for the same result as our old program. It gets very confusing with the multiple contacts that get added for a job. Also Fusion/Simplii phone service has been a real challenge. We keep losing calls or the function to transfer or put calls on hold has not been operating.

Love almost everything Love everything as far as a CRM goes….But i would have given a 4 star for some things like- Need pictures to work as easy as company cam. Yes, i know you acquired them. You need a better payment processing system (ACH in 1 day) and you need a good phone system like Podium. Engage was very Laggy so we turned it off. You need to make sure the phone and text are quick to go through.

Grateful Having all of my business operations available on one platform has been the difference between success and failure this past year. I grew up in a family business and I started doing everything the old school way. In today's market, you either keep up with the technological advances or you get left behind. I'm incredibly grateful for Job Nimbus and will continue to use them for the life of my business.

All smiles no help Keep making updates that we dont ask for or want and the software just keeps getting slower and more buggy. Genuinely resent the fact that we re being used as beta testers. If it were not such a monumental task I would be looking into other services. Probably the most disappointing part is when we signed up the Jobnimbus team seemed so helpful but since its been literally nothing but a smiling face as they deflect any issue, suggestion for help or actionable response. No one issue or tip i have asked for has been met with a fix.
