MXVERY DISAPPOINTED Paying for a few months and had had a terrible experience with lack of follow up from support guys (EXCEPT FOR CHRISTOPHER BERRY, WHO HAS BEEN EXCELLENT). Calls after calls, emails after emails, not having promised sessions, lack of response, etc. We still don´t get how to use most of the tools to make work more efficient and payment worth it. We have LOTS of questions. Very disappointed. We haven´t had the corresponding training to move on and improve.

GBGreat Project Management Tool, Poor Cost Accounting! I'm giving you 3 stars not because your program isn't good. For what it does, in data collection, preparing estimates, to jobs, closing jobs and invoicing is all great. I am a cost accountant, and for me the system lacks the ability to identify jobs by job number. It also can not accumulate the costs incurred on any one project. This I see as a weakness in the system. But as far as a project management tool, its great.

GBLove almost everything Love everything as far as a CRM goes….But i would have given a 4 star for some things like- Need pictures to work as easy as company cam. Yes, i know you acquired them. You need a better payment processing system (ACH in 1 day) and you need a good phone system like Podium. Engage was very Laggy so we turned it off. You need to make sure the phone and text are quick to go through.

GBChase has extremely good listening and… Chase has extremely good listening and processing skills - I am so jealous! We do what I am sure is a horrible job explaining our issues and he does an amazing job of brainstorming ways of overcoming our challenges. Every business needs a Chase!

GBAll smiles no help Keep making updates that we dont ask for or want and the software just keeps getting slower and more buggy. Genuinely resent the fact that we re being used as beta testers. If it were not such a monumental task I would be looking into other services. Probably the most disappointing part is when we signed up the Jobnimbus team seemed so helpful but since its been literally nothing but a smiling face as they deflect any issue, suggestion for help or actionable response. No one issue or tip i have asked for has been met with a fix.
