MXVERY DISAPPOINTED Paying for a few months and had had a terrible experience with lack of follow up from support guys (EXCEPT FOR CHRISTOPHER BERRY, WHO HAS BEEN EXCELLENT). Calls after calls, emails after emails, not having promised sessions, lack of response, etc. We still don´t get how to use most of the tools to make work more efficient and payment worth it. We have LOTS of questions. Very disappointed. We haven´t had the corresponding training to move on and improve.

CATerribly Useful, Easy to Navigate Incredibly useful tool. Allows for diverse needs, kind of a catch-all for everything you could need. Contact between business and clients is recorded, documents can be uploaded, invoices made, payments applied, the board function is very helpful. The search function is fantastic because it not only pulls up every related thing, it shows what type it is (invoice, payment, budget, contact, work/material order, etc.). Also its, super easy to navigate and use. I would highly recommend JobNimbus.

GBI feel like there are way more steps to… I feel like there are way more steps to go thru for the same result as our old program. It gets very confusing with the multiple contacts that get added for a job. Also Fusion/Simplii phone service has been a real challenge. We keep losing calls or the function to transfer or put calls on hold has not been operating.

GBJob Nimbus We have been using Job Nimbus for several years now and we really enjoy it. It is user friendly and easy to navigate and manage. The only downside is not being able to see the calendar with everyone's work calendar on one page separated by name. If we were able to see that, it would REALLY benefit the company and use of the calendar. We are having to rely on an outside calendar to view everyone, by name, per day.

GBPretty good Like JobNimbus and most of the functionality is solid and works well for our company. Scheduling in the Calendar is a little clunky and could be more intuitive and I can’t believe you can’t set recurring events. I also haven’t found an easy way to schedule follow up tasks. However other than these things I’ve enjoyed using JobNimbus.
