KUDOS TO TURBO TENANT! This is an excellent site for landlords. I have 2 rooms in a house that has tenants so it's a shared household environment. Turbo Tenant does all the listings on various rental sites so you don't have too. the tools they have available are excellent as well

Turbo tenant is a great platform! Turbo tenant is a great platform to keep everything organized. The listing process is straightforward. Tenants can apply directly and the reports come back very efficiently. They’ve priced the application fee at the right amount which we all appreciate. They also advertised my listings on multiple websites and updated everything as I made changes to my listings. Thank you turbo tenant!

this is a landlord service this is a landlord service, very unfriendly to the tenant. after taking an invasive amount of personal information it does what it wants, and there is no way for the tenant to reach a live person. their phone number is for 'premier members', i.e. landlords. there is no chat. there is an email address which they do not respond to. i have sent several emails over a period of several days and gotten no response. tenant cannot even close its account! there is no way to do that online, and as stated above, they do not reply to the support email address.

TurboTenant Worked For Us We have a 5 bedroom rental in Henderson NV and TurboTenant connected us to many different potentials. We found an amazing family to rent our home and they pay rent through the TT portal every month. TT also sends check ins to our tenant and I can manage repairs on the portal. I am thoroughly impressed with the program and surprised by the negative reviews.

My account was suspended without… My account was suspended without explanation or notice. Same thing happened to my daughter. Listings were completely legit and professional in every way. Crickets when sent help/support email so that is a worthless waste of time. Filed a complaint with BBB. Cannot reach a person using their phone number. Prompt hangs up without giving any option to speak to anyone, simply refers you back to the inept and nonfunctioning help/support email address. BEWARE if you're a customer. They CLEARLY could not care less about customer service.
