Stick with TurboTenant. Everything works great, the application process is smooth, even the nice touch of prospect's ID picture. I really appreciate the background check, and the credit score. Two things I'd LOVE to see added, would be references verification with previous landlord, or two; and job/income verification. Small landlords, that are not "LLC", have problems doing that in person. Because we're private entities, and employers and previous landlords do NOT want to talk to us about that. Other than that, all positives.

Turbo tenant is a great platform! Turbo tenant is a great platform to keep everything organized. The listing process is straightforward. Tenants can apply directly and the reports come back very efficiently. They’ve priced the application fee at the right amount which we all appreciate. They also advertised my listings on multiple websites and updated everything as I made changes to my listings. Thank you turbo tenant!

Love the Customer Service My situation was complicated - and still is, but TT customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly encourage any landlord to subscribe to the premium service. It's a must-have for tricky situations. I have always had excellent response times. I also love that they track our conversations. A great document just in case I ever needed it.

TurboTenant Worked For Us We have a 5 bedroom rental in Henderson NV and TurboTenant connected us to many different potentials. We found an amazing family to rent our home and they pay rent through the TT portal every month. TT also sends check ins to our tenant and I can manage repairs on the portal. I am thoroughly impressed with the program and surprised by the negative reviews.
