GBResponses to complaints are insulting To Be Clear- I have not used Zeel services. However, just reading the unimaginably generic (bordering on obtuse) responses from the company to each complaint, regarding a system which Clearly does not work, I'm just going to avoid Zeel altogether, and thank all of those who had to endure what they went through in order to help me avoid this disaster. (Apparently, Zeel, by way of Trustpilot, has asked me to clarify my review, which I am only too happy to do. While I have not used Zeel Services, myself... One thing I have experienced from Zeel is to witness their responses to one-star reviews on this website. And based on those responses from Zeel alone - I would not do business with them.) GBExcellent! My boyfriend surprised me on my birthday with a couples massage in our apartment and it was a fantastic experience!! Lamar and Cassio were fun to chat with, very professional, and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. It was my first time being massaged by a man and he did a great job with communication and making me feel comfortable. Not only were the massages great but they were both fun and made me feel very comfortable despite the semi awkwardness of having a stranger come over and set up massage tables in your home. They even had nice music for ambiance! 10/10!

CAI had an avergae experience ordering… I had an avergae experience ordering from zeel.com. The customer service was slow and didn't come through wel either when I bad trouble with my order. It took a bit more time then expected to recieve my order overall and the pick up process also wasn't overly effortless. Also, the overall presentation of the website could be improved with more options for easy navigatoin and viewing of the items. Although the prices were reasnable, the quality of the prducts were so-so even with delivering of the order. I think they really need to work on their deliver and customer service to make it better. All in all, I think this compny could be prtty good if they make som amends.

GBTherapist canceled with 4 hours notice Therapist canceled with 4 hours notice. Not enough time to find a replacement. I scheduled time and booked several days ago. I was discharged from the hospital and really needed the appointment. Customer service felt the need to defend the 4 hour cancelation notice. A simple apology would have been better and would have encouraged me to try again.

GBMy massage was great--Ashley was… My massage was great--Ashley was professional and friendly, and had a great technique. We live out in the country, so it takes about half an hour or so to get an appointment confirmed when we hit the button in the App. Because I try to make an appointment for at least a day out it hasn't been a problem ... I'd imagine if we were in more of a city center location appointments would be more prolific, but again, I don't mind the short delay in confirmation.
