However, I’ve never had a bad massage during the search and it didn’t take long to find several. I, also, really love the ability to gift massages...as do the recipients

GBAmazing The therapist Zeel provided is perfection. Always on time and wonderful. I only wish there was a way to contact our therapist directly, there are some technics he uses that I would like more of and I’d like to communicate more with him about my desire for more full body style of massage. Other than that he has been incredible and I am sure will be even better as we use him more.

GBResponses to complaints are insulting To Be Clear- I have not used Zeel services. However, just reading the unimaginably generic (bordering on obtuse) responses from the company to each complaint, regarding a system which Clearly does not work, I'm just going to avoid Zeel altogether, and thank all of those who had to endure what they went through in order to help me avoid this disaster. (Apparently, Zeel, by way of Trustpilot, has asked me to clarify my review, which I am only too happy to do. While I have not used Zeel Services, myself... One thing I have experienced from Zeel is to witness their responses to one-star reviews on this website. And based on those responses from Zeel alone - I would not do business with them.) I hope that helps.

GBDon't recommend Zeel membership! I was a member for over a year and kept my account going for over a year (so I wouldn't get fined 200$ for canceling early). I could not get my money back once I decided I no longer wanted or needed their services! Now I have credit and canceled my account, so I don't continue to get charged monthly. To get the discounted rate, you must restart the monthly charges again! So now I must pay the total price for the massages to use my credit! Win-win for them and loss for the customer! They really should refund money to the customer if they don't want their service. Therefore I Do not recommend a Zeel membership.

GBI will come back amd change this if I… I will come back amd change this if I actually get a massage.! I live in a larger city in NC - I get it, we’re not CA so we don’t matter - but I’m getting a little tired of choosing time frames and hearing someone is “working on it,” then nothing. If no luck sometime soon, I am asking for money back.
