GBAmazing The therapist Zeel provided is perfection. Always on time and wonderful. I only wish there was a way to contact our therapist directly, there are some technics he uses that I would like more of and I’d like to communicate more with him about my desire for more full body style of massage. Other than that he has been incredible and I am sure will be even better as we use him more.

GBMy massage was great--Ashley was… My massage was great--Ashley was professional and friendly, and had a great technique. We live out in the country, so it takes about half an hour or so to get an appointment confirmed when we hit the button in the App. Because I try to make an appointment for at least a day out it hasn't been a problem ... I'd imagine if we were in more of a city center location appointments would be more prolific, but again, I don't mind the short delay in confirmation.

GBTheres no this time! Theres no this time!! My daughter bought and paid in full with 18% tip in way of gift card. All I was supposed to do was check in and schedule appointment, Even same day. This company is requiring I make a profile and supply credit card or even debit card of my own. I refuse to add debit card as they are affilated with out of US companies or persons. I have been 5 days trying to use my birthday gift card because they won't set an appt with my form of payment!! Im filing a complaint with NY BBB .

GBNot too happy with this company from the start. Not too happy with this company from the get go. I am a veteran and was scheduled an appointment through the VA. My appointment was at 8:00am. They texted me at 7:35am to tell me they didn’t have anyone available.WT F? Really? They then texted saying that a confirmation text would be sent with instructions and provider information. How about some heads up that my appointment would possibly not happen? Bad communication. I’ll be telling the VA to find a different provider.

GBDon't recommend Zeel membership! I was a member for over a year and kept my account going for over a year (so I wouldn't get fined 200$ for canceling early). I could not get my money back once I decided I no longer wanted or needed their services! Now I have credit and canceled my account, so I don't continue to get charged monthly. To get the discounted rate, you must restart the monthly charges again! So now I must pay the total price for the massages to use my credit! Win-win for them and loss for the customer! They really should refund money to the customer if they don't want their service. Therefore I Do not recommend a Zeel membership.
