GBMerging companies requires lots of… Merging companies requires lots of patients and follow up. When customers have to call to re-confirm times and they discover they are wrong! It's nice to know our driver shows up on time and they are very friendly and caring . It helps to reassured we will be safe and make it to our destination on time. GBThey are improving They are improving. I have found that sometimes drivers pick up the reservation last minute but although that makes you anxious to know someone is coming there hasn't been a time that no one has come. The only slight negative is that the drivers are very robotic and don't converse or make conversation to make it a personal feel.

GBAvoid this comany This company cannot be relied upon to provide the service that you have reserved - it seems they are only a broker and do not own or control the limos. We had a firm reservation for two weeks and then five days from the day we needed the transfer they cancelled it due to "lack of availability". Book directly with the limo companies to avoid this problem.

GBThe scheduling The scheduling, the ride, the driver, the pickup and dropoff all went smoothly. Never any uncomfortableness or issues. What wasn't apparent however is that the original goal of One Way Limo was actually happening and that is that the price would be lower than other limos around due to the coordination of rides with another customer wherein we would book one way the the other way would be with another customer. Is that happening, I'm not sure. That is why the name was "One way Limo!" Other than that, happy with the service.

GBNot affordable or convenient The driver had a conversation with another person on speaker phone for the majority of our ride. When we asked about adding a stop, the driver made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. We spoke to the company and they informed us it would be $10 extra for the stop, but they charged us $40 a few days later. Very hard to get a hold of someone on the phone to address this issue.
