It's nice to know our driver shows up on time and they are very friendly and caring . It helps to reassured we will be safe and make it to our destination on time. GBThey left us without a ride We booked a ride with Luxy two weeks in advance of our arrival in Charleston SC. 12 hours before we were scheduled to depart, I received an email advising that our booked ride was being cancelled due to no available drivers. I was happy I checked my email or I would have been left standing around wondering. A car service that is supposedly so highly rated should at least have called us in case we didn't check our email. Also, why wait until the last minute to advise us we would be without a ride? Not professional at all.

GBLuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for… LuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for me. The drivers I have had were on time, professional and courteous. The vehicles I have been in were luxurious and most importantly, clean. For COVID safety, each driver wore a mask. I am relieved to have found an affordable auto service to take me to and from the airport.

GBExcellent car service I have used this car service twice so far and have two more trips booked. They have been fantastic both times. Prompt, professional and caring. A driver named Angel was our most recent driver and was sent to pick up a friend from Miami airport. He was so communicative with me every step of the way, letting me know when he had her in the airport as well as when she was safely at home. I highly recommend this service and have already recommended to friends.

GBgood experience driver was very courteous, drove carefully, very helpful with luggage. he needed more experience with LAX pickup and meet&greet procedures - we had our luggage already before he found us in the baggage area.
