GREAT For Pickup at Myrtle Beach Airport I used Luxy Ride to meet my youngest at the Myrtle Beach Airport when she flew in from the West Coast. The driver Frank was the BEST! The connecting flight from Charlotte landed early and Frank texted my daughter his location and ETA, and she was able to sit by baggage claim and enjoy a beverage. As soon as he arrived, he took care of everything and delivered her home for the holidays! I would definitely use them again! Thanks, Frank!

Absolutely horrible service Absolutely horrible service - paid $25 extra for an add-on I didn’t receive, then one bag wasn’t unloaded upon arrival. When I realized I tried to call Luxy only to be hung up on three times because “dispatchers were busy.” Finally got the driver on the phone and he wouldn’t come back to drop off the bag, I would have to go an hour out of my way to pick up. Never using again

Everythng worked out superbly Everythng worked out superbly. Our driver David was waiting for us and let us know where to find him, which we easily did. The ride from the Newark Airport to Baltimore was uneventful.The car was comfortable and the ride was easy, and David took our heavy bags to our front door..We experienced excellent service. We will probably use it again.

Merging companies requires lots of… Merging companies requires lots of patients and follow up. When customers have to call to re-confirm times and they discover they are wrong! It's nice to know our driver shows up on time and they are very friendly and caring . It helps to reassured we will be safe and make it to our destination on time. Not affordable or convenient The driver had a conversation with another person on speaker phone for the majority of our ride. When we asked about adding a stop, the driver made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. We spoke to the company and they informed us it would be $10 extra for the stop, but they charged us $40 a few days later. Very hard to get a hold of someone on the phone to address this issue.
