Quality & Support, what more could you ask for? I've been happily using ConvertKit since 2015. You could say I'm one of the veterans. What I love about ConvertKit falls into two main categories: 1) Quality, 2) Support. Quality: ConvertKit is more than just a platform for sending emails. It's become an entire suite of tools that can form the backbone of your entire business. It's incredibly powerful, yet simple to use. It grows with you as your business scales from $0 to being some of the biggest brands online. And to top it all off, ConvertKit continues to innovate and develop their platform making it more valuable every week. Support: Not only is the company's customer support quick, the self-serve options make it incredibly easy to get your questions answered so you can focus on growing your business instead of tinkering with settings. In addition, the community is very strong. If you have a question, chances are someone in the community is ready to jump in and help. Overall, ConvertKit is the number one tool that I recommend for any online business. It's the best place to start and grow.

I recently signed up to a newsletter I recently signed up to a newsletter, only to realise I had signed up to 3 others without my consent! There is clearly a glitch in the system and it needs to be fixed. Extremely irresponsible handling of customer data.

I signed up for a quick look at what…ticketing software I signed up for a quick look at what Convertkit offered because they promised a quick, easy ticketing solution. This was complete catfishing, firstly - you would have to do a ton of work to be able to do what they had expressly said was a core product. Then, they kept sending annoying messages. My normal unsubscribe through my email client didn't work - they kept sending them. Eventually, I had to go through a tedious logon process to change my preferences. I'm pretty sure this is not compliant with either GDPR or Canadian privacy law... and it suggests they are a bait-and-switch grindhouse. I don't know if there is anything they are good at, but I wouldn't even consider them, because I know they will keep spamming me to try sell something else.

The most important marketing tool I have! I highly recommend ConvertKit for email marketing, newsletters, and email automation. The level of detail and functionality it offers is unmatched. I've been a customer since 2015 and have built a significant readership and made hundreds of thousands of dollars thanks to ConvertKit's features. The guides available make learning to use ConvertKit straightforward, making it a fantastic tool for both beginners and experienced professionals. It's far and away the best marketing platform for content creators!

Most intuitive platform I've used I've been on ConvertKit since 2021. Hands down, WAY more intuitive than some other platforms (that we won't name). My entire business centers around helping solo business owners do email marketing simply, efficiently, and profitably. Can't imagine trying to do this with another platform. (PS In 2023, I even made $4,488 in product sales using ConvertKit's product feature)
