GBOngoing issues Ongoing issues with the Gmail version, ongoing issues with Outlook version. Lack of easy connections (used to be able to get list of open cases by opening suggested contact in side bar, that is gone), have to search fairly exactly, and lots of general frustrations.

GBThink twice- double check While the core of the tool is beneficial- the user download, login, and even after signature support is very poor. Their technical team is not knowledgeable and is not helpful or supportive.

GBUnlike Linkpoint360 Unlike Linkpoint360, there is no pop up notice when someone reads your email. Its strange I have to go on their site to look at a list of all the email address that has ever read my email.
