Backuptrans delivers the impossible! I have recently moved from Android to iOS only to realize the huge obstacles of moving my years of chat history to the new platform. Officially the answer is that you need to forget your old messages/ WhatsApp history/ Viber history. Looking around for a solid solution Backuptrans has been my dream come true software. I moved EVERYTHING to iOS! Yes! And I am happy It is a bit techie software environment but take a breath, follow the instructions and you will manage it!!!

Had a issue but all sorted very quickly! Had a Issue with a their iPhone to Android WhatsApp transfer programme.. emailed tech support and all sorted in about 36 hours with a thank you from them saying I found issue they had not come across and had to update their software and all I had to do was update it and it fixed my problem... get this software it is a life saver if like me you want to take 6 years of WhatsApp conversations over to android in a very quick amount of time...

Holy crap this works Holy crap this works! I tried iTransor for whatsapp first but it didn't work for me. So I tried Backuptrans and it actually worked. The software looks a bit old fashioned but I can actually see what it is doing. You get a bunch of popups which can be confusing but the information provided is accurate. I just followed along and it got the job done. Also the pricing is fair: single payment installation on 1 device. iTransor charges the same amount every month, rediculous...

Not a good experiece. Not a good experiece. After downgrading whatsapp was activated like 3 or 4 times, then after restoring the googledrive backup the transfer didnt work in serveral attemps. So after retrying the GoogleDrive Backup was nowhere to be found, local Backup not being recognized while still there and Whatsapp had lost all chats only the groups where visible. So when using this Software make sure to have an additional copy of your googledrive Backup.

Software good, FAQ/tutorials not I wanted to transfer my Whatsapp-Data from Android to my new iPhone. I followed the steps in the FAQ/How-To-section but, it didn't work. I wrote a mail to the support and had an excellent service within 2 hours. Finally it worked just fine and i will use it again, i have to. 4 Stars only, because the description/How-To was not as straight forward, as it could be. (My problem was finally solved with a mix of two different articles.)
