Absolute waste of money Absolute waste of money. You will be lucky to get it to work and am surprised that so many are so positive about this software. Very little customer support and repetitive answers to attempt to put it right. They continually say to reboot and do the same things over. Struggling to get my money back even though I have asked for this many times. Cannot spend any more time on this. The software requires a high standard of understanding and asks you to follow a complex instructions to carry out the change from android to iphone transfer. It is deliberate that they sell many versions of it so that you spend and dont bother asking for money back. Registration of the software an absolute pain as it worked first time but then it doesnt work at all so only allows 20 whatsapp messages to be transferred. In short Rubbish.

This is such a scam of a software...you'll pay almost 30 usd upfront and won't have any guarantee that the service will work and from what you can read in many reviews it doesn't work for many people. It's overly complicated and I've tried following the instructions a hundred times but then just gave up because it would just back up some bits of historic data but far from everything so literally almost all my Viber data eventually got lost. The company selling this crappy licence is also not responsive so don't expect to get your money back when your transfer doesn't work. Such a scam. True that Viber itself is a useless app with this shady policy of not allowing for a normal data transfer when switching phones and platforms (unlike Whatsapp for example which makes it easy peasy via Smart Switch), but it's really unfair for someone to charge so much for a licence that doesn't do anything and then isn't even willing to offer a refund for it. I call this s scam and if I lost my money I hope I can at least save someone else from making the same mistake.

I needed a tool to transfer Whatsapp… I needed a tool to transfer Whatsapp from iphone to android. Noticed their solution. Unfortunately I selected and paid the wrong transfer solutions (SMS/MMS/iMessage). I ordered the correct one afterwards and their tool worked successful. I've asked for a refund on the wrong ordered and paid option and they paid it back the next business day and communicated correctly by mail. Good service and better tool. Thanks !

I'm sure it works well, but... I'm sure it works well, but the UI is unintuitive, and the guides (there are thousands of them) talk to you like you're already an experinced IT professional with knowledge of Android, whatsapp, adb etc. No webchat support

Software good, FAQ/tutorials not I wanted to transfer my Whatsapp-Data from Android to my new iPhone. I followed the steps in the FAQ/How-To-section but, it didn't work. I wrote a mail to the support and had an excellent service within 2 hours. Finally it worked just fine and i will use it again, i have to. 4 Stars only, because the description/How-To was not as straight forward, as it could be. (My problem was finally solved with a mix of two different articles.)
