Got there in the end I fully expected to waste my money buying this but the software worked and I managed to transfer all WhatsApp messages from my old Samsung to an iPhone. I followed their documentation and when I got stuck I got in touch with customer service - they replied quickly and guided me through the process. This in itself is quite long (we’ve got WhatsApp to thank for not making that easier). In any case I was happy with my purchase and relieved I didn’t lose years of messages.

Worth, worth, worth!!! When it comes to Whatsapp, it's always so frustrating because Whatsapp is the only application to be so difficult to transfer. And I know it's super upset to lose records to some people. To buy or not to buy - the same question I had before since it might be fake, or might not work. But I can say it is super worth buying. Although it was not working so perfectly, the support team's response is so quick that they solved the problem within a day. And they are loving to help every customer step by step. For those people who see Whatsapp record as important as any part of it, I strongly recommend buying it!

At first, I encountered issue because desktop could not read the iPhone plugged in. I was unsure how to move forward but after emailing the email support (shown on the software message pop-up box), I was able to receive a response in just a few hours and received a link for troubleshooting steps from the support group. After following their guide, the error was resolved and I was able to proceed smoothly with the data transfer in a short period of time. Thank you so much 🤍

Followed the app instructions but it… Followed the app instructions but it would suddenly stop while transferring whatsapp to iPhone. Wrote to the support team but their 2 liner email templates dod not help. Ended up losing all whatsapp data. Still waiting for a respose from their support email.
