GBA disgruntled customer filed a false… A disgruntled customer filed a false abuse report about our site/domain with Cosmotown (our registrar) and they've taken control over our nameservers which point to Cloudflare. We cannot access our site or email. They won't respond to our emails and Zendesk tickets Legal action incoming if not resolved immediately. Ticket number 73937

NGThey canceled my domain without even… They canceled my domain praixdevelopment.com without even sending me any reminders that it was about to expire. Even when it expired, I didn't receive any notifications. I just got notified a few days later that my domain had been deleted. Since then, I've been trying to contact them on all possible platforms, including emails and social media, but they never respond. I regret purchasing my domain on Cosmotown.

INI have change the nameserver to my… Kudos, they have cleared my problem. Thank you Cosmotown. I have change the nameserver to my domain but they are not work. Their customer support also not responding to my ticket id 45735. I don't know why they take so much time to change name servers, which will happen with in 20 to 30 mts with other registrars. I have a lot of domains with different registrars, but non of them are so irresponsible & pathetic like cosmotown. i don't recommend this platform

GHBeen with them for 1 Year; they are good!! Been with them for one year and they are good. When you send a support ticket, there is a little delay for about 3 days, however they will get back with positive feedback. Cosmotown domain pricing is affordable and reasonable. Domain transfers are excellent. I am satisfied with their services!
