GBA disgruntled customer filed a false… A disgruntled customer filed a false abuse report about our site/domain with Cosmotown (our registrar) and they've taken control over our nameservers which point to Cloudflare. We cannot access our site or email. They won't respond to our emails and Zendesk tickets Legal action incoming if not resolved immediately. Ticket number 73937

INvery bad dns and controlpanel nothing… I updated my review but still recommendation for them if they don't pick these as perority based. Control is easy but buggy. Not working properly and load very slow in some networks. 2. DNS glue is very very slow sometimes take 10 days to get updated. 3. No Dns Reset option to default everything default.

GBExcellent customer care Excellent customer care! I made a mistake in setting up my account. (Embarrassingly, I put a typo in my email address – not great.) This caused a cascade of problems – including not being able to access/verify. The team at Cosmotown was very patient – and solved the problem. I'm back in business (though I still feel a little dumb.) Highly recommended!

IDRequest #54998 Request #54998 Transfer domain failing but still my money doesn't refunded. Even no respond initiated from the help desk. Domain prices are getting higher than usual price for renewal 8.9 -> 9.49, thus NO CHANGES applied, still slow web, slow response.
