INGreat experience so far... I've had a great experience so far with CosmoTown. No one else offer domains at their price. Replies mostly take a day but if they could enable Live Support atleast with ticketing it would be awesome.... If thats enabled I would even move my domains from other registries to Cosmotown... Good Luck Team...

GBExcellent customer care Excellent customer care! I made a mistake in setting up my account. (Embarrassingly, I put a typo in my email address – not great.) This caused a cascade of problems – including not being able to access/verify. The team at Cosmotown was very patient – and solved the problem. I'm back in business (though I still feel a little dumb.) Highly recommended!

BDI had a terrible experience! BE AWARE!! I had a terrible experience with Cosmotown.com domain registrar company. My domain stayed down for more than 2 months due to their nonfunctional DNS system! They couldn't fix the propagation for months! I couldn't move it because ICANN forbids to move out before 60 days. What a terrible experience I have with them!! I'll remove my account and never register or transfer the domain to them. I could give them -5 stars if I could! BE AWARE!!

IDRequest #54998 Request #54998 Transfer domain failing but still my money doesn't refunded. Even no respond initiated from the help desk. Domain prices are getting higher than usual price for renewal 8.9 -> 9.49, thus NO CHANGES applied, still slow web, slow response.

SGNever heard back from them either Never heard back from them either, After you made payment. quite terrible as a request is simply small, too many stupi messages popping up or blocks that you cannot override or change. not given good impression to renew. small glitches when checkout, otherwise webpage loads plenty fast at this pt. *** the site still loads fine as at end 2021. so non-existent support AFTER paymt; refusal to edit change email.
