GBOverall it's been fantastic Overall it's been fantastic. We get our testing emails going on without issues. Once we move our systems to production the switch is 100% transparent. I have never found an issue with it. It just works, it's amazing. The setup was a breeze and got it up and running in no time. Literally, it just took me like 2 minutes.

BEReliable delivery of transactional emails with free account for more than a year I have been using Socket Labs for transactional email about a year now and email delivery has significantly improved. Only hotmail still seems to be a problem, but that may be due to my DMARC settings. And the best news: it is completely free, while still having a fully functional dashboard :-) Socketlabs is maybe not as popular as other transactional mail providers, but I am very pleased with them. The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that email batches of more than 100 emails are being delayed up to a couple of hours.

GBNo out of hours support Until an hour ago i’d have given SocketLabs 5 stars. However they have suspended our server for high spam content, when the same email has been sent out over the past 2weeks 7,000 times. They have also suspended over the weekend when no support is on until Monday afternoon as they are an American company. No weekend support despite their website stating 24/7 support.

GBSocketLabs SocketLabs is fairly intuitive to use. It's easy to switch plans based on our volume needs for the month and there are lots of reports available for gathering data on mailings.
