Their platform does everything I want it to do and more! on top of being able to load my lists and send emails, their reporting has all the info I want and even gives me domain scoring so I can avoid any kind of spam complaints. Their GUI is a little dated and could use a refresh, but other than that, Socket Labs is the most versatile email system I've found. That's putting them over mail chip and constant contact.

No out of hours support Until an hour ago i’d have given SocketLabs 5 stars. However they have suspended our server for high spam content, when the same email has been sent out over the past 2weeks 7,000 times. They have also suspended over the weekend when no support is on until Monday afternoon as they are an American company. No weekend support despite their website stating 24/7 support.

Though those products are good, they are just very expensive. We came across SocketLabs and we do not even look back. The services SocketLabs' offers are sufficient to getting the job done at a very reasonable price. Looking for an alternative to the others. Our company recommends you look at SocketLabs first.
