GBPool Cover Ordered an 18'x33' pool cover and it was packaged very nicely and arrived very quickly. Will not use the cover until the winter time so have no opinion on it as of yet.

GBWeb site needs some help We actually have not received the cover yet but I'm sure it will be fine. The only issue was trying to order it on line. It is too difficult to describe the issues that I had here but it got to where I actually had to phone my order in. The sales lady I spoke to was very efficient and helpful She also said they were having issues with the web site so apparently it wasn't just me. Looking forward to the arrival of the cover tomorrow. If there are any issues there, I will be updating this review.

GBLeft Hand and Right Hand After waiting for our pool cover for some time I called Pool Center. They didn't know why the order hadn't been filled and shipped. They called the manufacturer. The manufacturer thought we ordered a custom cover and didn't have enough information to make the cover. We did not order a custom cover. Finally, a week later we received the off-the-shelf cover we ordered.

GBShips quickly Ships quickly. Great products! I purchased both the solar cover and the winter cover for my above ground pool. Within having the solar cover on for just a day, the temp of our pool warmed up drastically!!!
