Received my order in 2 days, and was very pleased with the quality And value. Installed yesterday and have nothing but postive feelings about this cover. Quick shipping They are really fast. They processed and shipped and let me know when I would get the pool cover. Not sure if the pool cover is good, but it had a 20 year warranty. The warranty covers what not to do for the warranty to be valid and a decreasing value over a 20 year period which is completely understandable. The cover was heavy too, not like the other ones I had purchased. I am pleased for right now and don't expect it to change.

Shipped wrong cover We ordered a 20 x 38 blue cover and received a 18 x 36 green cover that even had someone else's name on the label. When we called, the respondent made it seem as though we were incorrect and it should be the correct cover. But as we looked further into the cover, it was indeed not the one that we ordered.

Great service and product Ordered the cover and used my debit card to pay. Turns out that Mastercard was having a glitch and was declining all online purchases due to billing address errors within their system. Pool Center called and emailed right away to get it straight, and still had the pool shipped out within a few hours. Product was very sturdy and looks like it will last for years.

Awesome Quality We have purchased 3 pool covers for our above ground pool over the last 10 years and each time we have been so disappointed in the quality. Those covers were each inadequate. We have our new pool cover from Pool Centers and it is wonderful. The cover is sized to fit better, the seam around the edge is reinforced and the cover is made of material to stand up to the weather. Recommend Pool Centers highly.
