It helps understand my youtube videos better. Until a few days ago, the app not working and I contacted the support. They responded quickly and tried to help so attentively. I'm impressed!

DEA bit slow support but I got the refund. [Edited Comment]I wanted to cancel my membership and sent a request but it took a while till I got a response. A few days and when I read the negative comments about this company I worried. But finally they sent my money back.

GBIt slowed down my computer drastically… It slowed down my computer drastically while using it, I had to get rid of it. You need to have a super fast processor to be able to use it. Then it was pretty impossible to cancel, nor to get a refund as it was advertised on the sign-up page. Good concept, but does not work very well.
