DEA bit slow support but I got the refund. [Edited Comment]I wanted to cancel my membership and sent a request but it took a while till I got a response. A few days and when I read the negative comments about this company I worried. But finally they sent my money back.

GBI would rate TubeBuddy half a star I would rate TubeBuddy half a star. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE as they do not reply to your concern on both email, fb messenger and twitter. I suggest for every business should have a contact number for better customers service. Also my issue with cancellation of subscription within 24 hours after subscription, REFUND was not fulfilled not until today. Cancelled my subscription on Nov 17, it is now Nov 28 and I have not heard a thing from TubeBuddy. And on Monday I will report a fraudulent transaction to my bank for them charging me with 180+ when their ad says 14.99/month, yet they took out the full amount from my bank and have not refunded me at all. Definitely a FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION so watch out!
