PHWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Was permanently banned immediately after registration with no reason stated. I guess they ban people based on the IP address, or name or just their mood? I didn't even send any emails. The communication was rude and not informative. Luckily there are plenty of alternatives.

GBCustomer service that listens! Online trouble tickets with other companies are sometimes a hassle - back and forth with a rep who doesn’t seem to take the time to actually read the request. This is not the case with AWeber! Mary H explained my account information in a clear and helpful manner. Just one message and I had the information I needed. Thanks!

ROThey banned my inactive account They banned my inactive account. I stopped using the service a couple of months ago and even asked, as I was ending my subscription if I could come back to it at a later time. They said that I could and all was good. Today I tried logging in just to see that my account has been closed. No warnings, no email to let me know, nothing. I'd understand if I did something wrong while using the account but this was pretty much a quiet closure behind my back.

GBUsed for many years to mange my list/s. Used for many years to mange my list/s. Very good site and support is great both in terms of articles and livechat. Livechat you get someone who is obviously not talking to loads of other people, and that actually understands how their product works thoroughly. If you're doing email marketing and have a list that has real value in your niche they are a very good option. Not cheap, so only for medium/higher value product marketing really. But well run and professional.

ITIt used to be a good email marketing… It used to be a good email marketing platform. However, recent experiences with numerous disservices over the past few weeks have led me to no longer recommend it. They're putting new accounts on quarantine without any notification or explanation! Importing customer lists has become a nightmare! There are better alternatives available, such as Active Campaign and Mailchimp.
