Valuable Partner! I have specifically worked with SIM partners which was acquired by Reputation.com not too long ago. They have been a valuable partner and offer swift and reliable service. Any requests or questions we have are investigated and resolved quickly with an abundant amount of communication throughout the process. Our account rep is honestly amazing with all that she handles and accomplishes for us.

I had a Zoom interview with them I had a Zoom interview with them. It was the most unprofessional thing I'd ever witnessed, I'll spare the details. They discriminated against me because I'm in a wheelchair. Steer clear of this organization.

Pleased with our decision Very thankful that our company found Reputation. The platform itself is great, but the support team and our rep, Candise, make it even better. They are quick to reply and always willing to talk through new strategies and any questions.

Do your homework before choosing Reputation.com First, know that I didn’t pick them, I inherited the management of Reputation.com at my company. In the past I’ve worked with the top Customer Feedback Management (CFM) vendors in the space and had never heard of Reputation.com. I gave them a chance, and perhaps I got a little spoiled by my previous experience, but they have failed miserably. Never have I been treated so poorly by a vendor. Whenever we have issues, we are ignored by the Account Manager and CSM. I have to give credit to their technical support though as they fill in where the other two fall short. Their survey, data analysis and reporting capabilities pale in comparison to the leading CFM vendors. I don’t recommend them at all. Do your homework and don’t be driven by just price when choosing a CFM vendor.
