GBWorse company I’ve ever had the… Worse company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. It’s an oxymoron that reputation.com couldn’t care less about their reputation. Their sales rep. Lied and the entire company works together to cover up. They will do anything to keep you locked in a year contract even if they are not meeting their obligation. We are currently paying for a service even though half of what they were supposed to provide was never implemented. We spoke to over 8 different people, they pass you from person to person and NOBODY gives a damn. They just want your money. Real crooks. I am glad I’m almost done with literally throwing my money away for 12 months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy. very dishonest people!

GBLack of Commitment and Integration Issues with Reputation's Customer Service I am thoroughly disappointed with the Reputation customer services and integration team. Despite the system's great reporting features, the constant issues with integrations have overshadowed any positives. The lack of ownership and commitment from their team, excluding a few exceptions, is frustrating. Communication is sparse, follow-up meetings are canceled, and problem resolution is minimal. I would not recommend this system due to these ongoing integration problems. A reevaluation of their customer service practices is urgently needed.

GBanother poor data collection management… another poor data collection management company that is so out of reach with live information gathering.Reputation's claim of being an expert in reputation management is highly questionable. Throughout our engagement, it became evident that they lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage our online reputation. Their strategies were outdated and ineffective, resulting in negligible improvements in our online presence. It felt like they were simply going through the motions without any genuine understanding of our unique business needs.

GBI had a Zoom interview with them I had a Zoom interview with them. It was the most unprofessional thing I'd ever witnessed, I'll spare the details. They discriminated against me because I'm in a wheelchair. Steer clear of this organization.
