Sign up at your own risk... Delayed to unresponsive help desk. Unable to cancel your plan when your need to. There isn't any option available for you to do that. Thus, have to open a support ticket and write in. However, they are not responding to your support ticket either. Still figuring out how to cancel my plan. I should have read the reviews here before signing up my plans. Apparently many others also received poor support. I wonder if those good reviews are written by themselves.

Dont buy. Offers a cheap plan that you can afford, but when you go to use it, it`s terrible, very high latency, server located in EU, when they say that disponiblize a New York server, but for you acess it you have to pay more 10$ to upgrade you plan, complete rubbish, almost scam. There are better sites that provide a cheap vps with low latency.

Great Experience Great Experience. I have been using their VPS for 2-3 weeks. My experience is Great. Server is always easy to connect. Up time is excellent. I am running 2 MT4 Terminals for live trading and continuous backtesting and the server never show problem doing it's job. Sales and Support are very helpful through Facebook messenger. response is within minutes if not instant. I will update if my experience need an update. My Invoice #874682
