Absolutely zero customer support Absolutely zero customer support. About 30% of my clients have been double charged when subscribing. Servers always down. Can't log in. Will read your messages and not reply. Business relies on these vps and now we have to vacate. Shocking I would not recommend this company to anybody at all. Awful service

Don't rent a VPS server from FXSVPS… Don't rent a VPS server from these guys because you will receive an error 403 which basically blocks the port to communicate with MQL community which is required for your Algo to connect and work. After opening a ticket and explaining my situation, I made sure to elaborate not to touch my server and fix the network issue, they went ahead and rebooted my server without my approval, which cause my algo to detach from MT5 and I had open trades which now I have to wait to close them manually. Worst and stupid tech support I have ever encountered in my life. Based out of India and the guy on the chat call himself Allen Bright. Stay away guys and don't waste your money. I'm now fighting with them to refund me my server money even though I only had the server for one week. They are offering me a new server instead which I refused. Very bad company run by unprofessionals.

No service received Paid for vps, it said that processing takes 10-20 minutes. Did not receive any replies for more than 24 hours. Terrible customer service, just ignores the messages. By the way the plan that says 6.99/monthly on the site immediately turns into 7.99/monthly when you press Order now, so I would just recommend to stay away.

That is utterly the worst company ever That is utterly the worst company ever, they dont deliver the product. You can not remove your payment card from the site and you can not cancel your product. They dont answer to support tickets etc.. But they take you money instantly. Do not use their services!

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. When i first became a member i was informed that i will be given my login details within 15-30 mins. after logging many tickets i got my log in details several hours later. recently my VPS went down and i logged a ticket on the sunday and it has been more than 25 hours with no communication at all. my vps is still down with now contact from support. i will be canceling my subscription
