No service received Paid for vps, it said that processing takes 10-20 minutes. Did not receive any replies for more than 24 hours. Terrible customer service, just ignores the messages. By the way the plan that says 6.99/monthly on the site immediately turns into 7.99/monthly when you press Order now, so I would just recommend to stay away.

Poor support and very unprofessional Poor support and very unprofessional, they claim to be 24h support but took almost half a day or a day to get you back. Use other VPS Service providers out there, don't fall for their cheap service. Also, there are a lot of fake 5-star reviews from here, you can see the consistency of the people giving 5 stars are giving to other same company Fxvpspro, Fxvps, Bestfxvps, Fxvps, and so on. Also, they like to threaten their customers to block their VPS accusing them of over-usage. So again, don't fall for their cheap services, because their customer service is also cheap. Trust me, STAY AWAY from these Bangladeshi scammers!

Terrible customer service I've used this company for a couple of years and then decided that FX trading wasn't for me. I've asked them several times now to close my account and for the second month in a row they have taken payment. They told me they had closed my account but clearly hadn't. The service itself wasn't the best with the vps often being down and then having to contact them to tell them to reinstate my service (they also would never tell me how long the vps had been down)which always felt like pulling teeth. Avoid this company if you want a) a reliable vps service and b) good customer service.

That is utterly the worst company ever That is utterly the worst company ever, they dont deliver the product. You can not remove your payment card from the site and you can not cancel your product. They dont answer to support tickets etc.. But they take you money instantly. Do not use their services!
