EEThat is utterly the worst company ever That is utterly the worst company ever, they dont deliver the product. You can not remove your payment card from the site and you can not cancel your product. They dont answer to support tickets etc.. But they take you money instantly. Do not use their services!

LVNo service received Paid for vps, it said that processing takes 10-20 minutes. Did not receive any replies for more than 24 hours. Terrible customer service, just ignores the messages. By the way the plan that says 6.99/monthly on the site immediately turns into 7.99/monthly when you press Order now, so I would just recommend to stay away.

SGDo not subscribe!! Once you subscribe, its impossible to cancel. I emailed support at least 3 times asking them to cancel subscription but they don't do it and keep giving template reply that it's a technical service. Their chat service is a joke. They will give one word reply and can be rude.

FRFalsely billed twice, support took a month to reply and refused to cooperate, deleted my account as a response I purchased a VPS from them and their service screwed up : i got billed and didn't get my Virtual Machine, i had to reach the support to get it activated. (for 2 months, my profile page said "Your Virtual machine is getting created, please wait." and i thus couldn't access the control panel from their site.) As a result, i have been billed twice on the course of 2 months. Billet 4 times for 2 VPS when i had only one. When i reached the support to ask for a refund of the falsely billed months, they told me they had identified (only)one paiement and offered a free month that they directly applied to my account. I refused and they reconducted my VPS. I gave them some time before contacting PayPal and they took 2 whole weeks to reply just to say "We refunded you." after PayPal forced them to refund one paiement. I had to contact PayPal again for the second paiement to finally get this solved. And as a response, they deleted the support ticket and my account on their website.

GBTerrible customer service I've used this company for a couple of years and then decided that FX trading wasn't for me. I've asked them several times now to close my account and for the second month in a row they have taken payment. They told me they had closed my account but clearly hadn't. The service itself wasn't the best with the vps often being down and then having to contact them to tell them to reinstate my service (they also would never tell me how long the vps had been down)which always felt like pulling teeth. Avoid this company if you want a) a reliable vps service and b) good customer service.
