Never, never deal with them! We purchased a certificate from K Software in April. Unfortunately, Sectigo couldn't verify our certificate, so we reached out to K Software for a refund (as suggested by Sectigo support). However, K Software has not responded to our emails and phone calls. As a result, we've lost our money for a 3-year certificate. I've noticed that K Software is not out of business; they've made all the necessary changes on their site to generate more revenue. Sadly, they don't seem to care about their paying customers.

The cheapest code signing certificate seller I found They resell from Sertigo, but the process was rather smooth and far cheaper. They have surprisingly good documentation and the whole process to getting my .pfx file took about 2-3 hours (for a registered company). Let's see how it holds up! Note: I did not have to contact their support.

Never received our certificate Like a lot of previous review we got stuck at the validation stage with Sectigo and they just stopped answering our emails, ticket requests. No certificate and no support. Previous experience with K has been very positive. Not this time; I have had the same experience as Andre. Paid for the OV certificate with a promise of a two-three day turnaround. Went through the credential process. Then no update from Sectigo. Called them several times - the process was with the "provisioning team". Many calls to Mitchell on the 859 number advertised here. Never picked up. No response to numerous tickets raised. Acutely, exquisitely unhappy.

Waiting for 6 months to get an OV cert I've been trying for 6 months to renew a cert after paying for it. It goes like this. K Software takes the money. Sectigo doesn't issue a certificate for an unspecified reason. Communicating with them is impossible. K Software does not respond to any emails - refund requests or otherwise.
