GBThis company has gone bad This company has gone bad. I got software signing certificates from K Software since 2011. Never had an issue until 3 years ago, when I purchased a 4 year certificate but only received one for a 39 months. Was promised to get the remaining 9 months automatically at the end of the period, but all I get is spam emails. My emails about this issue remain unanswered, except for an automatic response.

FRI have to say that I was happily… I have to say that I was happily suprised by the quality of the service both in term of email responses, fast and detailed, and the price. One certificate was not working and I have been refunded. I can recommand.

ARLooks like the company is dead Looks like the company is dead. They doesn't reply its ticket system anymore. Include if you are asking pre-renewall questions about the new way to do the thing, so, looks like they doesn't has any intention to sell. Maybe they are in the hospital or dead already but the online purchase form still in place?

CHSame for me Same for me. Ordered the renewal of a Code Signing certificate. Worked perfectly the previous times, but now, no response for more than a week, did not receive the 3-year certificate. Wrote to support, to Sectigo and to sales. No response, got just an automatic ticket confirmation email. DON'T WRITE I SHOULD GIVE YOU A CALL. The renewal process should work without calling K Software!! Payment ID : 6G789754FD464615H Please refund.
