Had to pay without using any service Stay away from this app. After a free trial, I have been paying for more than a year without getting any sort of updates. Most apps with free trials would make sure you are ready to pay a monthly fee with automatic renewals. This VPN isn't user-friendly in this matter. I asked for a refund for services I never used. I've been sent a link to their terms and conditions. As if anyone is reading these before using an app. Anyway.. Leaving with a very bitter taste.

Worst VPN I have ever used Worst VPN I have ever used. What is the purpose of using the VPN when all your browsing is suddenly stopped or too slow? They should work on their software instead of working on cool marketing techniques. The customer service is not responsive and thanks to God that I only take a one month subscription. Please beware of buying this piece of garbage.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE So I just signed up for the 1-week free trial with my credit card detail and I planned to cancel it before the "real" subscription begins. So I e-mailed the customer service centre to cancel my subscription when the free trial was about to end. It was May 24 and writing this on August 24 and they haven't cancel my subscription until now and the money I have wasted is more than $100. Terrible customer service, they purposely create delays in the process so they can "eat" your money.

Avoid - Service does not let you cancel Do not trust this service. They say you can cancel at any time, but when you try to cancel you find you have to send an email and then they keep sending you questions and not cancelling your service no matter how strongly you ask for the cancellation to be made immediately. There are plenty of VPNs that act professionally. Don't risk your money with this one.
