I have been charged $19.99 a month from… I have been charged $19.99 a month from SilverBills since January 2024. I never authorized this service and have never logged into SilverBills. Two times I was told in writing that I would not be charged again. They are still charging me and will not respond to my calls. Who can I turn to?

Ditto previous recent reviews Ditto previous recent reviews. Silverfish is withdrawing funds from my bank and not paying assigned bills! Over 7 days after withdrawal Chase has still not been paid. So, Silverbills is essentially making $$ on this float of days. Calls were answered by person unable to explain or assist. Dancing close to fraud!

I just canceled my service I just canceled my service. I was a loyal Paytrust user for several decades. Silverbills is a diaster. Stay away. They didn't follow my auto-pay rule for my mortgage and skipped a month. The bank felt sorry for me and waived the penalty but I had to go IN-PERSON to the bank and explain what happened. Run! As fast as you are able. Very sad to see what happened to PayTrust. It was good for so many years.

BEWARE! SILVERBILLS doesn't pay bills!! Silverbills destroyed PayTrust and nearly destroyed my credit by not paying bills for months. I used PayTrust for over 15 years with no issues and great customer service. As so many other reviews stated, Silverbills charges double what PayTrust did AND does not pay bills. I am looking for a new bill pay service. Do not risk your credit score or rack up late charges! Get out now.

I am also an ex-paytrust customer I am also an ex-paytrust customer. The new system is horrendous. We were not told they were going to take the money from my account, wait two days, THEN pay my bill. Integration to accounting (which was there with Paytrust) no longer exist. This was a half assed takeover. I am not surprised they failed. It would have been classier to give us more than three weeks notice to change addresses from all my vendors, but that just shows what type of company this is.
