CAStarted to use this as an alternative… Started to use this as an alternative to buffer. Well it gave me the all I need and they have a well designed website. Since socialsprout works for me at the minimum level, I can say I am satisfied with their service

GBAbsolutely no customer support. Absolutely no customer support. Requested a demo wanting to start using their product and nothing, rob and jade on two occasions said my request had been made high priority and someone would be in touch, had to chase three times and it’s been a month. Nothing. I can’t imagine the radio silence I’d get if I actually had a problem with my subscription or calendar. Taking my business to Content Cal.

AUCancelling subscription made ridiculous! Sprout Social's practice around cancelling your subscription for their now way overpriced service is ridiculous. They do not allow you to cancel your subscription within the platform! You must email them and request cancellation, which they then ask for a reason why you are cancelling before taking any action. Whilst it is far they want to try and keep you around, doing so out of the platform is crazy! Why wouldn't you let me cancel on the platform like almost every other service? How is this practice allowed?

ECBeware Beware: in order to downgrade or cancel, you're forced to chat with a customer service rep. That rep then won't be able to downgrade you and will "put you in touch with the customer success team." Just seems like a poor user experience in an effort to prevent revenue loss.
