ECBeware Beware: in order to downgrade or cancel, you're forced to chat with a customer service rep. That rep then won't be able to downgrade you and will "put you in touch with the customer success team." Just seems like a poor user experience in an effort to prevent revenue loss.

GBI used Sproutsocial at two companies and will again! I used Sproutsocial at two different companies, and I will use it again in my own digital agency. It's a great tool for organizing, scheduling, and publishing social messages. You can follow keywords and easily see influencers, so it's useful for listening for the buzz about your company or industry. Their data visualizations are easy to understand and share, too. Love it!

GBabsolutely horrific company that… absolutely horrific company that over-promises and severely underdelivers... this software is a scam out to rob your dollars and provide you with close to nothing in return. the features either glitch or aren't there. I didn't even get to look into any extra features as the most basic features you'd expect literally any social planning company to have are garbage. we're a small business and this is extremely upsetting!

GBOverall I have loved their platform Overall I have loved their platform. I do wish the account teams wouldn't switch so much, but I get that happens with companies like this. My team loves the ease of use, and ability to have everything in one place.

GBI had my contract for services voided… I had my contract for services voided before it began because my sales representative/point of contact had provided poor customer service about a hospital stay for myself snd my elderly father, for whom I am responsible as well. I came back from the hospital to a list of snide emails from this condescending little person. I decided this was not the type of person I wanted to work with even though I really enjoyed/
