With all the disputes that this company must receive, I'm surprised that they still exist. Obviously, it appears somewhere in their T&C, or super small at the bottom of the checkout page, but it shouldn't be possible for someone to operate such a sketchy service charge.

scam and fraudulent service… Be aware of scam and fraudulent service - the website clearly offers one-off £1 fee without any mention of ongoing subscription, then tries charging your card again for ongoing £30 fee. No email sent after initial billing to inform you about ongoing payments either. Complete scam and thankfully bank has blocked these suspicious transactions.
