I ended up getting charged the monthly… I ended up getting charged the monthly subscription before my 7 day trail period was even up. I've asked them to reverse the transaction but I haven't heard anything from their Customer Support team. I did hear back from their Customer Support team yesterday, where they have offered to refund the subscription, see actual wording below from the email I received, I hope they'll honour their comittment below. 'Thank you for your email and for using our service. Our team has now reviewed your request for a refund. As of today, we are in the process of refunding the funds debited to your credit card. The return of funds to your account should take approximately 3-5 business days - please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days, as this may vary depending on your bank.' I did receive the refund within the timeframe above so they were good as there word.

VERY sketchy service VERY sketchy service. Throughout the checkout, they're hiding the subscription of €29.90 as much as possible. With all the disputes that this company must receive, I'm surprised that they still exist. Obviously, it appears somewhere in their T&C, or super small at the bottom of the checkout page, but it shouldn't be possible for someone to operate such a sketchy service charge.
